Ibeabuchi Ananaba (Ibe Ananaba) is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice exists at the intersection of culture, identity, and visual storytelling. Working across painting, illustration, murals, design, and art direction, he creates expressive images that celebrate human experiences and cultural narratives. An award-winning artist, Ibe received the Prize Winner Award at Art Masters, Art Vancouver 2019. Listed in the Smithsonian Institution Libraries Collections, his work has been featured in international publications and exhibitions. His art has also been studied by university scholars across Nigeria. Ibe is a member of the Black Artists Network of Nova Scotia, Visual Arts Nova Scotia, and CARFAC Maritimes.
