On February 15th, the Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia hosted a panel discussion celebrating William Hall VC, the honouree for NS Heritage Day 2024. John Boileau, author of the upcoming spring title The Lucky and the Lost: The Lives of Titanic’s Children was asked to join the discussion. In 2005, John wrote a book called Valiant Hearts: Atlantic Canada and the Victoria Cross that featured a chapter about William Hall.
