RESPONSE TO COVID-19

As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, Nimbus Publishing wishes to assure the public that it is taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of both its employees and the public. This is our main priority.
While we continue to monitor the situation, our office will remain open for the time being to employees and couriers only. This means we will be cancelling all meetings with members of the public until the end of March. We wish to limit the number of people inside our small office to lower the risk of possible infection.
As far as our production, sale, and distribution of books, it is currently business as usual. People need books right now more than ever, and it is our mission to bring those books to our readers, so long as it is safe for us to do so.

Until we have a better sense of what is happening, we will not be setting up any in-person book events. Please follow our website to keep up with upcoming events and book launches.
We will continue to accept submissions via our online submissions system, which can be accessed at www.nimbuspublishing.submittable.com.
We encourage the public to be mindful of limiting time spent in public spaces. If you are self-isolating and looking for a good book, our neighbours, Open Book Coffee, will be happy to deliver books right to your door (in HRM). Just email info@openbookcoffee.ca or call 902-943-4932. They are happy to make recommendations. If you prefer to buy books from the safety of your own home, please visit our website, www.nimbus.ca. Many of our books are also available in electronic format, which can be purchased through eBook stores such as Kobo, Apple Books, and Amazon Kindle.
