Cassandra Bernard is a born and raised Islander. She has a background in print journalism and freelance writing from UPEI. Cassandra works as an editor and assistant manager in the Hansard office of the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island. She also writes for a variety of publications including PEI Living Magazine and East Coast Living Magazine, and a monthly column for The Buzz titled “The New Creative” featuring young people doing cultural things on the Island. Cassandra lives in Desable with her family.
