Carolyn Rowe-Turner lives on Prince-Edward-Island, although she’s originally from Québec. As a child, she never went anywhere without her twin brother. Now an adult, when she isn’t busy teaching or reading book, she spends her time going outdoors for adventures with her family and her crazy dog. Passionate about nature and youth literature, it’s completely logical that her first picture-book should be called Ouaf? Ouaf? Cot! Cot!
