Bill Redekop is Manitoba’s preeminent reporter/writer. He has travelled from north to south, east to west, and everywhere in between. Redekop is Manitoba’s master storyteller and he knows the province like no one else. He captures not only the flavor of rural Manitoba’s landscape and history, but the flavor of the people who built it and who keep it alive and vital today. Redekop is also the author of Crimes of the Century: Manitoba’s Most Notorious True Crimes, and Crimes Stories: More of Manitoba’s Most Famous True Crimes. He has won numerous newspaper awards including a National Newspaper Award for coverage of the 1997 Red River flood. Redekop lives in Winnipeg with his wife and child.
